doctorman1941 Pillar of the Community Canada 504 Posts	Posted 10/18/2015 03:34 am A seller on ebay item no 161860195699 has an opening bid of 25 hundred dollars on this coin.I sent him an email and informed him all commemorative 1951 nickels are high relief.He also states there are other errors but does not say what they are.I told him if it was the beaver design he might have something there. rocky Pillar of the Community Canada 2784 Posts	Posted 10/18/2015 6:17 pm that is not a high relief nickel. that nickel is a commemorative. the high relief looks like any other nickel what makes it high relief is the A in GRATIA points to a rim denticle. if the A point between the denticles it is then low relief. check the Charlton standard catalogue. high relief are very hard to find. that what gives them value.
