This dime looked to me initially like old but if you look at reverse pic the "dents" seem to line up with where the letters-/numbers are, the remaining rim smooth and symmetrical. Can only make out what I think is 6 for the third number in th date. Weight 1.8grams diameter 15mm. So... What was it supposed to be and does it have much value? Thanks for any ideas or advise given! Your services are invaluable

Damaged in a commercial clothes dryer.

(the long drop from the top slowly rounds the ends of the coin)
