1997D LMC DDR? ... It is most likely a die scratch. If it were a coin scratch it ... Jefferson nickel doubled dies Wexler/Rebar complete listings.
I sent the coin off to James Wilis, Variety Vista / Coneca, for possible attribution, will know next week. This is exciting

It looks like a DDR. But it is probably a minor one that is not listed.. yet. A bit longer than the one on coppercoins: (Not as strong though)

hello again, coop, my does look longer and it is a DDR I believe to my opinion. It is cool to find and get an attribution, if I get it. Its all I'm looking for here.

Hello, durkastani, thanks for the reply, out of over 4.6 billion pennies I can say I found one lol. Anyway, I'm still happy about the finds, minor or not. I did find 3 total on that roll and the all BU UNC without a figure print on them, which should get MS 67 / maybe 68 if lucky.

I'm surprised james willis will look at it. It's minor and he doesn't have time for minor errors. At least that's basically what he pointed out to me :o. Nice find though congrats
