Not to answer for IGE, but there is a slight amount of wear on the forehead hair

Maybe , but I don't think it's wear. I have to stand by my opinion grade of MS-64. There is zero wear on rest of coin. if this nickel saw circulation then it must have been for about one day. IMHO

Lack of luster and hair curls above eye brow lead me to an AU grade. Maybe it is MS, but hard to tell for sure from these photos.

Lighting isn't the greatest, but yeah, I feel a MS63 on this.
