Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6396 Posts	Posted 10/26/2015 11:39 pm Surfaces look a bit too chrome-shiny, but that could just be the photos. The big mark on the eagle's neck is a little distracting and would preclude a high grade IMO. I don't know about that curved greenish line on the obverse; may be a removable stain, like from a rubber band. There are Reeding Marks above IN of IGWT and scattered contact marks on Liberty's gown. If luster is original this coin should top out at MS-63. Given that it's an NNC coin it could have problems on the edges that can't be seen as long as it's in the holder.
