Surfaces look a bit too chrome-shiny, but that could just be the photos. The big mark on the eagle's neck is a little distracting and would preclude a high grade IMO. I don't know about that curved greenish line on the obverse; may be a removable stain, like from a rubber band. There are Reeding Marks above IN of IGWT and scattered contact marks on Liberty's gown.

If luster is original this coin should top out at MS-63.

Given that it's an NNC coin it could have problems on the edges that can't be seen as long as it's in the holder.

Flathead61 - please don't yell.

PVC damage on coin. Could easily be a 64/65 without it. I'm sure the PVC damage is hiding some true detail.

Break it out, and let it soak in 100% pure acetone for 10 minutes.
