I wasn't able to post "optimized images" previously after many attempts.

This is one of those year/mint coins that exist in huge quantities in "just miss unc" grade. Others are the 79-O, 80-O and the infamous 84-S. Many 96-O's, like yours, have been dipped to death.
One of the best 96-O Morgan's to show up on these forums was several months ago. (I believe it belonged to GR58.) I kept bugging him to "send it in" and if I recall correctly even he was surprised by the grade he received. If you wanna see a nice one, search the archives and take a look at his coin.

"ACG" --- pretty much says it all. (Bad, but not quiet as bad as NNC.) Definitely overgraded and will not slab problem-free at any reputable TPG company.
