Nice coin! I'd say MS-63 RD or RB. The marks on the cheek and by the ear is why I say 63. Reverse is awesome! Some Machine Doubling in the date is cool.

AU at best. If the surface is really as rough as the pictures show, it appears to have been lightly acid dipped.
