coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/28/2015 04:30 am There does appear to be weakness where the clips rim is. So I feel this is a legit incomplete planchet. The rim edge has worn down a bit during circulation. The denticles show weakness on the clipped area. If this were created in a garage, they would still be full.
