Just seeing what people's thoughts are on the 1966 P Washington quarter I think it's missing the clad on both Obverse and Reverse it weighs 2 grams on my cheap scale any info would be helpful.

It was heavily dissolved in acid. Never hold a coin like that!

Get used to holding coins by the rim. Finger prints will affect the collectability for coins. (copper coin suffere from this the most) The salts in the finger prints break down the BU surfaces.
