The coin is very, very crudely imitating an Ottoman gold coin - the side with ITZSCHE has a very crude imitation of an Ottoman toughra in the centre. It is not a genuine coin, but presumably a jewellery imitation. Perhaps made in Germany by the token and jeton makers there, as the "Arabic" is far less Arabic-like than is usual for these jewellery imitations.
