Obverse Die - Type 1
Reverse Die - Type 2
Die Marriage is a legitimate pairing for this year (1876)

Diameter - 38mm - Reasonable
Mass: 26.9g - Reasonable
Non-magnetic - As expected
Sounds like silver - As expected

I don't like the looks of this one at all. The dull grey appearance, the undefined grainy details, bumps in the reverse fields at 9 and 11 o'clock, all seem to point to cast counterfeit.

It has the patina of a chinese made fake.

I think it's been partially cleaned, giving an off-balance look to it.
