On the obverse is a die crack coming off jeffersons neck.

On the reverse there appears to be a secondary rim that almost goes in a circle around the whole coin. You can see it striking through "E Pluribus Unum" at the top and continue all the way through "United States of". What is this?

That is part of the design. The extra circle is roller machine damage.

Coin roller damage on the outsid of reverse is what it looks like from here. Also that is not a crack that is part of the design if your talking about the obverse at about 7 o clock .

Seeing is not with just your eyes, but discerning what you are looking at. So images always helps to learn more.

Get you eyes familiar with that is normal, so when a variety is in front of you, then it leaps out at you!

It takes a while for the eye to know what is the normal size and the hub doubled sizes. Note the dots. Also the bottom horizontals of the EPU. Now your on your way.
