It looks like a minor MAD (misaligned die) error which is different from a coin that is struck off center because only one side of the coin is off. On your coin the obverse is off center while the reverse is normal. If you coin was struck off center both sides of the coin would be off by the same amount.

I would keep a the coin for reference. There are other MADs that are more severe and can carry a slight premium to the right collector.
