I was recently given these two tokens and at first glance though they were the same but later noticed that the obverses were obviously different. I tried looking up some information on these but couldn't find anything. I saw that the mint issued a silver dollar in 2008 with the same reverse and selective gold plating but nothing on the tokens. Any info would be great, thanks!

First one says " Royal Canadian Mint" and the second one says "100 Years of Craftsmanship Winnipeg 3.11.2008"

The reverse says "1908 2008 Celebrating 100 Years"

The last time I was at the Winnipeg mint, there was one of their old presses in the lobby which would make tokens like that - at the absurd cost of something like $2.

The 100 years of craftsmanship token was only given to employees at the Winnipeg Mint on March 11, 2008. This token is more valuable than the other token. The other token was where tourists/visitors can buy one in a $2 coin press machine, the front and back are the same as it was in Ottawa.
