Can someone tell me what the (ND) Token in the photo means? I'm pretty new to collecting and dont want to buy something that's not what I thought it was.

I would guess No denomination, I'm not 100% sure what that is but it's not a Morgan dollar. Do they show the reverse?

We need to see the reverse for a full answer, but judging by the slab size, that "token" is smaller than an actual Morgan dollar. I don't know what ND stands for, but it seems to be about half dollar sized.

In the foreign Coin World, (ND) means No Date- a coin with no date on it, which was fairly common.

The "(ND)" designation stands for "No Date" meaning the production year is not marked on the piece (even though it may be known in the hobby community).

to the CCF!

As said above, ND is "No Date." The 1888 on this coin is not the date it was struck. It's a "copy" token that was struck on one of the original presses, but at a much later unknown date.

If the seller's listing includes the certification number on the back of the slab, you can look it up on the ANACS site (on their home page, down a bit). The information there shows what you're looking for, possibly more: "Date: (ND)" (as others have said).

Edit to add: Per your other question "are they worth anything?", personally, I'd look around more. You can look at ebay "Sold items" for similar matches to see what they went for. But while I was looking for the item you posted, I saw others in higher grades or without the toning this one has. I'd think you can find a better example if this kind of token is what you're looking for, and then let the price decide if you want it or not.
