Hi. I am relatively new to coins since I inherited a collection. Judging from these photos, is it accurate to call this penny uncirculated? Does anyone see signs of a cleaning?

Thank you. No evidence of cleaning? I plan to put it up on ebay, but don't want to misrepresent it and I am not knowledgeable enough to judge.

Agree 64RD. Let us advise before you put it on ebay.

Very nice coin....my guess is it will bring $80-$100 because it is raw. You cannot list it as a numerical grade, as that against ebay policy for ungraded coins, but your pictures are decent enough for people to make their decisions.

I'd say NOT cleaned. Nice hourglass reflectivity.

This is exactly what you want an uncirculated IHC to look like. I see no evidence of cleaning.
