Slider23 Pillar of the Community United States 4468 Posts	Posted 11/07/2015 7:14 pm NGC has been using the holder for a couple of months, there was no announcement that they were changing the holder. When I first saw the holder, I thought it was fake because I could find nothing on the site about the holder. When I check the cert number, the photo was of the new holder.
