It's NGC's newest style of holder. The more recently graded coins will look like this. I've heard (and correct me if I'm wrong) it's to make room on the right especially for ancients.

NGC has been using the holder for a couple of months, there was no announcement that they were changing the holder. When I first saw the holder, I thought it was fake because I could find nothing on the site about the holder. When I check the cert number, the photo was of the new holder. Apparently NGC had a soft release of the new holder because thay wanted to use up the old stock.

They are nice holders and I thought they were fake as well at first.
