At what point does a die crack become a die break? My question is if you look at the CU-1c-1958D-01R here: http://cuds-on-coins.com/lincoln-ce...s-1950-1958/,and then this coin I just found, would it be considered a Cud, a die chip, or just a wide die crack. What do you all think?

Still chips at this point. When the edge of the die breaks away it becomes a Cud. When you get two die cracks headed towards each other, then it will eventually become a Retained Cud.

And if the die crack goes all the way across the die it is a die break aka a broken die,I think.
