i found this 2010 Roosevelt that looks brand new but in the back the torch looks like a hole damage but if you look around the area theres no scratches or anything and also the lower left the body of the olive is ruin too so I was wondering if this is really a mint error, if it is? is this worth anything? all the comments, thoughts, opinions, and feedback, I'm gladly appreciated thank you

By PMD BadToTheBone means post mint DAMAGE. But I would disagree with him. It is a struck through.

I don't see any raised area around the divots which would indicate struck through.

A ball point pen could cause damage similar to this with out making an raised area on the opposite side.
Not saying that is what happened, but perhaps a way it could happen)
