At least 3, but to me it looks like there's 4 on the "1" in 1 dollar.

If you blow up the photo, look at bottom of the one see 3 and 2 strikes on the inner one but it could be I'm seeing things, such a cool many strike coin.

It's gotta be 4, as sel_69l said, just look to the 1 it makes it much easier to see.

OK , I think it's 5 strikes personally, the section in the red ring is what leads me to think 5, if you look at the previous pic of the single strike & then look at the pic below you'll see that the inside line of the inner ring is the line I have the red arrow touching ( 1st strike ),count inward 4 more lines = 5 strikes I'm thinking.
