Rick,

An MS example that's obverse limited. There are a couple of marks on the cheek and what appears to be a heavy gouge on the phygian cap. Also some staining. The obverse details are also weak (liberty and ear). Now, the reverse is gorgeous ... lots of depth to the detail and I love the die crack at 2 o'clock.

My vote MS-62

Ive been looking at this one for a couple days now...I can't figure out what is going on with the cheek. I can't figure out if that is damage, toning, residue of some kind, or what.

Having said that, if that is not damage of some kind, I say that the coin is easily MS64+. Beautiful coin and the reverse is fabulous. If the obverse cheek is scuffed, then I agree with Dave...around MS62.
