I found on ebay this coin. The seller assumes that it is a VAM 14.2. The A1l seems ok but I can't see the die markers die scratch line in L of LIBERTY through top of I, die scratch in left wing, the die scratch on the olive leaf adjacent to the eagles right leg.
What you think about it?

The pups that you're not seeing are tough to make out on the full plate photos on the VAMworld listing for 14.2 so I'm not surprised they're not jumping out on the seller's photos. I'm pretty sure it has to be a 14.2 based on what is seen on the obverse and reverse.
