I receive a call from ANACS that the 2015 P cent I sent to them was indeed a DDO. He advised this was the first one of this type for 2015 he has seen. He has CONECA taking a look at it now to get the designation assigned to it. Hopefully by the time I get it back from them I will have my camera repaired and will be able to send pictures.
