If it were a doubled die, the date would not be just the area affected:

Note the "WE TRUST" would also be affected. I'm not seeing that on your coin.

In order for a doubled die to be from that die, it must have all the same doubling that is on the attributed die. (on class 2 doubled dies, the hub doubling is on the outer edge of the devices. so when die wear is in the later die states, this doubling may disappear, but will show on devices away from the outer edge devices)
