I think Czech, because I see mintmark of mintmaster of Kutna Hora(Kuttenberg) Jiri Satny and Samuel Vodolinsky (from 1576 only Jiri, but he used same mintmark) (you can see it here http://cnspg.cz/databaze/mincmistri/jiri_satny.jpg ). So probably a die error (in 1533 Maximilian II Habsburg didn't rule) and it's 1573 in fact. The titles seem to be correct, but there are few mistakes H for G and I for L - MAXIMI[lian] II D[ei] G[ratia] EL[ectus][first error it looks more like I] RO[manorum]IM[perator] S[emper] AV[gustus]G[ermaniae](second error I see H in your coin] Hu[ngariae]// Bohe[miae] EC REX ARCHID[ux]AV[striae] MA[rchio] M[oravie]. 1/4 thaler should be around 7g / 30,6mm diam. Hope it helps.

Thanks alot! This gives a good direction.
THe diamter is 34 mm of my piece. Ive looked an indeed it is the same type coin as : Maximilian II. 1564 - 1576, Münzstätte Kuttenberg.

Only the date is wrong and if you look at the shield there is no lion in mine but some other strange thing?
It is with an silver layer looks copper below so probably an contemporary off some kind but which?

Well it does look funky, the details of the eagle mainly, kinda soft, errors in the title and it seems like it's pretty valuable piece, so I would guess it's a fake. The diameter would indicate it's 1/2 thaler, but 1/2 thalers had more letters in titulature (not G but GER etc).

But more an contemporary fake in that case. Why would you make an coin with an wrong date and wrong lyrics and (shield below head) If the real one is alround there to make an exact copy?
Are there no locally minted coins in this period from contemporary art? because copper then silver layer is something from that time and not these days...
And the shield below the portret is strange (normally it would have an standing lion in it but this one has an strange figure in it.

It is almost like they used two different coins and put them together....
