Obverse looks dead in these pix. Tell us about luster, please.

The obverse has no lustre, the reverse has little lustre. These images are real good representations of this coin. I don't think you will believe what it was graded by PCGS.

I would say MS63 because of the lack of luster on the obverse, but it is really clean for a Franklin. Most are very baggy, and this one only has a few hits. Maybe there is some luster under the obverse toning? The hit on the left upper bell lines should preclude FBL designation, but I wouldn't be surpried with a 64/65 if there is luster under that toning.

I'll say they called it MS-66 though I wouldn't pay anywhere near that money, very clean in these pics but obverse surface is just dead

It is an above average strike for year and mm. Toning is hiding luster.
