This coin is fake, the counter stamp an attempt to conceal the fact. The date digits and fraction digits are terrible. Only 19 hours left, 24 hour auction, hoping to move it fast I guess.

The CWC counter undoubtedly stands for Civil War Coinage, just to cover all possible bases.

Indeed, good work. But I'm not sure the counterstamp is there to conceal anything (not a good job if so!). I'm guessing this circulated for a long time and had the stamp applied years later for an unrelated reason.

Possibility?
