VG with a full Liberty. Interesting coloration for the coin and a weak date. Def not the smoothest and cleanest of surfaces, even for a VG.

This coin has been stripped (cleaned) and re-colored. For the money there's not much to worry about so you did fine And no, toned doesn't mean problem-free.
