Not AU folks not even close. Though it might be an RPD check the top of the one.
Obverse
the arrow tips show not separation between tip and shaft.
the leaves of the wreath have only partial center veins showing.
the "we" is complete but worn
there is blending on the horizontal bars this is a low point on the device and would show next to no blending at AU
REV
the ribbon knot is lacking in detail
the Center vein on the left wheat leaf should extend to the end.
I would grade it XF40 tops maybe VF 35 but thats just me.
