Getting ready for the upcoming Days Of... and decided to take pictures of a few raw coins from my books that I have never put on CCF, so here goes. 1864 2 cents, large motto (raw, reverse has major die defects due north) Member ANA - EAC - TNA - SSDC - CCT #890 "Most of the things worth doing in the world had been declared impossible before they were done." -- Louis D. F. Reverse die cracks in States is most notable. Weak strike on the reverse bottom has the ribbon tails missing.

What's going on around the 2nd S in States? It does look VF with nice color.
I see you said Die Defect now. I thought someone tried to drill it.

Just a light reflection. Reverse is unevenly and weakly struck, no signs of damage. As noted, the bottom is very weak (missing ribbons)

I'm at VF-20 as well, but admit freely that this series is not a strength of mine!
