Hello guys, I just came across this 2 penny today and I was wondering if any one of you has any info on it!! one of the coin is missing some title I would say and the other one it seems to be like a 9 on top of 2? I'm sorry if I post on the wrong spot, I'm new to this!

Thank you

The top coin has zinc rot. The zinc under the copper plating started reacting with the air.

The second coin is a coin that was Struck Through Grease. The die couldn't make the design in the coin because the grease got in the way.

Could we see the reverse of the top coin?

Both are sort of nice coins for an odd or error collection.
I'd keep them both. Not worth a real lot but for sure worth a bit more than face value.
