I know nothing about these, but without knowing
could be silver plated copper nickel.

Low mintage if provable in some way, could be attractive.

Is it part of a series?

This is a part of a series issued by the Chatham Chamber of Commerce from 1975-1980. For 1977 there were 25,000 issued in nickel, 230 issued in silver, and 9 in gold. Yours is the correct weight for silver.

As for value, $15-$30 is typical. Here's a similar one, mintage 201, that sold for $30.

One of the problems with low mintage is that, in in a restriced market is that not enough people know about them, despite the low mintage.
Small market, small demand.
The cost of die preparation and distribution has to be shared amongst 25,239 pieces.
