While I agree this coin shows signs of a cleaning it seems Cris' photos accentuate problems. My guess is XF40 in a problem-free holder.

High VF details, cleaned at some point. Not entirely unattractive.

cleaning doesn't take a lot away from the appeal. Nice VF35 coin, details.

Has definitely been cleaned, however the TPGs are less stringent on some of these earlier series so I can definitely see it ending up in a problem free slab. On the grade I'll say VF-35. I don't think it makes XF but I've noticed that I usually under-grade these later Bust Halves a bit so maybe it makes it to XF.
