It appears you have a Masonic Penny from Worchester, Mass. I believe these are given to new members, I have a few in my collection.

1908 is most likely the year that specific chapter founded, and this is the 30th anniv. So Most likely around 1938.

It's not a coin. It's a token and I believe it is a Masonic token.

I couldn't find one like yours but here' a link to one that is similar. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Masonic-One...AOSwrklVLn~F

I think if you did some searches for Masonic tokens for that area you might just find a match --- but it could take some time ....there were a lot of Masonic tokens made.
