Series 1996 100 Dollar Bill Security Tape On Opposite Side

snocaps231 New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 11/26/2015 03:02 am Hey all, My mother has had this series 1996, AB numbered, 100 dollar bill where the security tape is on the right side instead of the left when facing Franklin. I've heard that scanners or scanning software connected to the internet have some sort of "no no" firmware that either disallows or reports scanning of bills.
