I would say neither. I don't see any hub doubling on the date, there is an area SE of the mint mark that looks like there was something going on there which would be called a RPM. But that to is not the case. I don't see any other of machine damage on the other devices. But keep in mint the steel planchets this year damaged the dies by wearing on them that year. So the devices show die wear on the sides of the devices that are closest to the rim first. So what I'm see on your coin is Die Deterioration on the mint mark area. Date look normal. So to answer your questions, neither a doubled die or MD.
