I was a bit excited, so I got this coin. 1986 5 Egyptian pounds.
I found it's KM#602 for Egypt and has a mintage of 6000. I'm presuming it's a commemorative of sorts. It is also my first half crown-sized coin from the Arab sphere.
With a mintage of 6,000 and at price of $13.83, you did quite nicely. Pity it has been slabbed. I would like to see it 'in hand' before grading it for myself, but on the assumption that it has been cleaned, and from these pictures, AU58. And I would not be bothered with the 'details cleaned' too much.
