This is probably common and easily identifiable but can't find it anywhere in Krause and am stumped.

My initial thoughts were Hyderabad. It's a milled cupro-nickel coin about 16mm

It's an East India Company milled quarter-rupee. Bengal Presidency, KM# 75, "dated" 1204//45; this "date" is fictitious, with the coin actually struck sometime in the early 1800s. It's not cupronickel, it's actually silver, .909 fine.

And the mint name is Farukhabad.
