Fine to very fine. Graysheet "bid" is around 10$.

Lots of wear on Mr. Lincoln's head and the lines in the wheat ears are partially blended. Maybe Fine but not particularly strong for the grade.

This issue is very common in lower mint state grades and you should be able to find one with brown to red-brown color for $20 or less. No reason IMO to spend $10 for a Fine when a pleasing uncirculated is just a few dollars more.
