Well I was watching a couple auctions for Trade dollars that had low bids and 24 hours or less. Kind of strange the other VF, cleaned, and not certified coins sold for higher than this one. VF details due to cleaning, but honestly I am OK with that the cleaning doesn't appear SUPER distracting, I will have to see when it arrives how it looks in hand. I didn't think the price of $105 was terrible, especially knowing it is genuine (at least better than if not in a slab). Thoughts? Hope you all aren't too harsh with me ;P. Thanks!

Good for you. At least you know this one is genuine. So many fake raw ones. I'd only buy a Trade $ certified.

It's not too bad at all. Lacking luster and kinda flat, has some hair lines but I've see worse. If you like it that's really all that matters. Unless, of course, you're buying it to resell.

Nope this one has a nice home for it in my 7070. I figure for the more expensive coins they are either going to be very very worn (worst case scenario) or a bit better details but problem coins. And as long as it isn't something too distracting like a plugged hole or something, I will be fine with that. And plus for some of the older coins, waiting around for $200+ on my $20 a month budget is a little slower than I would like. But hey I am just thankful to be able to save that much for these older coins. And lastly yes, I am glad I can rest easy about the authenticity of this one.

well worth the $100 for the peace of mind that it is real. I think it will look nice in your 7070. Pretty good eye appeal for a cleaned coin.

Jealous, I am! Those last three holes in my 7070 loom large. This is one of them.

Yeah the two Seated dollars are going to definitely be the last two in mine. Who knows when I will be able to get at least one of those good enough for the 7070. We will see! Glad to get a big one out of the way!

Humbly suggest that you save the PCGS insert for future reference ....

That is what I was thinking Exo, keeping the slab (hope I don't break it too bad getting it out, but I think PCGS/NGC are easier to get open than ANACS, we will see) so that way if down the road I would HAVE to resell, I have a little proof of its authenticity.

I keep all of my inserts and tape them to the inside back cover for reference.
