Just a bump since I re-introduced this topic. I guess it could go in the token forum, but it will get more exposure here and it is a pretty interesting link.

Thank you for moving my coin story to this new section. I have images of this coin available. I am not sure I should post them and I actually don't know how to do so. The letter can be viewed through the link on the site posted above and the coin is quite similar to the one pictured.

In addition, since I live full time now in China, perhaps someone might be exploring Chinese coins. I am not seeking to buy or sell these just offer free help if someone wants ot know more about coins, notes, or stamps from here. I am a qualified Professor of Chinese History and Archaeology, but have no training in coins or minting of them ... but might explore the idea for this community if there is an interest or help others who might have a specific question.
