I have 100+ tube rolls of wheats and I grab 2 or 3 every once in a while to check for BIE's and rpm's and such. Right when I slid them out of this one I noticed it... do you see it too  I'll post full pics once someone notices, shouldn't take long   |

Found that red 58d rpm1 D/D/D top100 from a few posts down in that roll behind this one in the original top pic too  Sorry for the crumby pics, I was on my bed searching them with coffee while watching the news this morning Edited by Cascade

I thought it was a straight clip when I firsr saw, but it is a curved clip, of a larger radius than the coin.
The difference in radius makes me curious, - any one else know why?

What a happy accident! Unfortunately I've searched & researched my tubes of wheaties to no avail. I've a bucket of '59-'82 LMC's I'm saving for a rainy day. Hopefully I'll have better luck with those. (Maybe I can rub your clipped wheatie for luck) |

I have a bunch of wheaties.... I don't know what to do with them so I began a wheat preservation program. Lol. I put all my wheaties in 2x2's and then put them in plastic sheets by year and then in binders lol. It's a stupidly expensive project. Awesome find. :)

Drew, see the 58d rpm thread that I found in the closed roll in the top pic. Some of these really produce and some dont.
