Picked up this nice 1813 CBH from Connor of our community. Very happy with my purchase but I am hoping for confirmation on the Overton Variety. I believe this one to be O-110. The clashing on the obverse seems to be tell tale so I'm putting it out there to the CBH experts. Thanks for looking! Thanks Connor!

Is the bottom left serif of "E" higher than the bottom right serif of "M" in "AMERICA" on the reverse?

There in lies the issue. It's in an NGC holder and there is wear on the reverse. Here is the obv and rev.

I'd say it's an o.109, with potential of being an o.109a.

You need a ruler in millimeters. Is the date about 9.75 mm across?

for me o-109 and o-110 reverse are the same.
obverse details:
bottom point of the 7th star.
81 in the date where 1 is lower than 8.
letter just right above the 8.
Had the coin been in a higher grade(VF or better) it would have been much easier to spot other differences.
