In various places I have purchased 8 or 9 various 3-inch coin replicas, including Buffalo and
Jefferson nickels, a couple different pennies and more.
While these are often pretty decent replicas considering they are so cheap and large I noticed one thing that was weird: On the
Jefferson nickel there was "Copy" stamped below Monticello on the reverse. None of the other coins have this.
Why would just this "coin" have this stamp and not the others? Could it be that the prototype building is privately owned?
