There are some weird markings located at bottom of 2015 date and below the D mint mark and again on top of the "TY" in liberty. Lemme know what y'all think thanks

Looks like Die Deterioration on the date area. The TY I would need to see some clearer images of that area. But I suspect it is also Die Deterioration. Nothing enlarged like you would expect to see it if were hub doubling. So it looks like a tired die to me.
