The obverse brings this down to a G. IMO. Somehow the full date has held on, which is the only thing keeping it as a G as most of all the other lettering is gone. The reverse is solid, considering.

Thanks. I knew it wasn't great, but that need to have one when I learned they existed got me. Its still my oldest coin. Plus my phone worked so I can post more for grade judging :)

I don't believe this could make G-04 with 80% of the obverse lettering unreadable.

I thing the obverse holds it to AG3. Obverse looks harshly cleaned

I wouldn't think it was cleaned, just 160 years old. The obverse is really worn but doesn't look scratchy. Any which way from F2 to G4 I'm ok with. Like I said, I just really wanted one when I learned about them.
