Definitely full bands.

Sometimes viewing a negative image can help with overlit lustrous coins:

The scratch on the cheek is easier to see when the photo is inverted.

I would grade MS63 to MS64, FB, depending on how bad that scratch is or isn't.

Yeah I picked it up last second for $5.50. Almost won it for $4.25 but was outbidded, and said screw it, don't have one this nice, so why not.

Looks 64fsb minimum...usually they fall into the $10-$15 range....granted its a very common date
