Sold this on ebay, but the buyer have sent it back
for a refund, believing it fake. He will get his refund
is it good or bad, but would like to know.
Real silver? Original? fake from the time or modern?

Take it to a large precious metal dealer with an xrf and ask nicely for them to xray it for you!

It's a fake. Being off-weight is a huge red flag, plus:

- Denticles are weak on the reverse
- Flow lines on the reverse--indicative of casting (or being struck from a cast die)
- The details on the eyes aren't right
- The coin feels "flat"--should have a lot more relief than your specimen
- Compare the leaves on the reverse with a genuine piece from Google--the leaves should be in relief, not outlines.
