I think it's a die gouge and I don't think it will add any premium value.

It's a pretty nice looking quarter.

That's a really nice looking Barber quarter. I'd take this over a brilliant white coins anyway.

It's just die chip or gouge. I'd rather it wasn't there because it's distracting.

but what would be super is, there's most certainly others out there, make a nice pair if you kind find a mate! Keep your eye on listings, that would give it a good premium if sold as a pair, even if the other you find is not in good shape.
