Glad to be back. Here's my newest acquisition, a 1969 D Kennedy half dollar. Any guesses on the grade from NGC? Thanks for your comments! *** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. ***

I really don't know what marks are hiding out under all that lovely toning, but I guess I'll take a swing- MS-65.

66+ or 67+, don't know if any 68's have been graded, lazy to check.
Probably should move this to the 'US Modern Coins Grading' sub-forum.

Thanks, guys! This really is a spectacular coin. I can't express how thrilled I am to be its caretaker! I'll post the grade and photos tonight when I get home from work. In the meantime, please continue to guess the grade and comment!

No way to grade from these photos, that heavy toning hides any marks that might be visible, you'd need the coin in hand being able to turn in the light to see any.

Thanks for your replies! Here it is: NGC MS 67* I think this might even be a top population coin. Thoughts on whether or not I should submit to CAC?
